3 year Design Strategy: I led the strategy to centralise and build a high performance design practice, improve quality and consistency and uplift our products and experiences.

To deliver towards our strategy, I led the development of our multi-year product vision. We built towards this over multiple years, delivering value to our customers and the business.

We reimagined how we worked at REA. This included building a culture of design critique, implementing a design playbook, launching design principles and a multi-platform design system.

To break down silos and foster a creative and high performing team culture I transformed our hiring process, implemented Bi-annual Design Days and capability development programs for leaders and ICs.
